This policy explains how QUIETLY WORD GAMES LLC, operating as Quietly Games, handles information for Maya and this website.

Maya is an interactive fiction game being prepared for TikTok. It is not publicly available to play yet. The game practices below describe the current implementation and will be updated if the launch version changes.

We use this information to deliver and save your story, maintain Hearts and rewards, secure sessions, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, diagnose problems, improve the experience and answer support or privacy requests. Where applicable, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, legal obligations, or consent for features that require it.

3. Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts this website. Google Cloud and Firebase provide the game's backend, database and media infrastructure. TikTok provides the platform and game sign-in. These providers process information to provide their services; TikTok also processes information under its own policies. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell your personal information or provide it to data brokers.

Advertising and purchases are not enabled in the public Maya game because it has not launched. If optional rewarded ads or purchases become available, the game and this policy will identify the relevant platform processing before those features are offered. We do not collect payment-card details through this website.

4. Fictional and AI-created content

Maya is an original fictional adult character. Images, videos, voices and story text include AI-created media. The current game uses prepared story content and preset choices; it does not send player conversations to a live generative-AI chat service. This website does not ask you to upload photos, recordings or biometric information.

5. Retention and security

We retain information while needed to provide the game, preserve requested progress, resolve support matters, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. We review deletion requests individually; limited security or transaction records may need to be retained, and copies in routine backups may remain until those backups expire. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

Contact norris@goosepod.org with the subject “Maya privacy request” to ask for access, correction or deletion of your game information, or to exercise other applicable privacy rights. Tell us what you are requesting and provide your in-game player identifier if available. We may need proportionate information to verify your request; do not send your password or an identity document. Deleting game records can remove saved progress, memories and Hearts records. TikTok account and platform-data requests must also be directed to TikTok.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to a copy of your information, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to your local privacy authority. We handle requests under the rules applicable to you.

7. Adults and international processing

Maya's romance experience is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect game information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; applicable protections will be used where required.
