These terms cover the Maya website and the Maya interactive story game operated by QUIETLY WORD GAMES LLC, operating as Quietly Games.

1. Availability and eligibility

Maya is being prepared for TikTok and is not publicly available to play yet. This website introduces the game and provides support and policy information; it does not offer a playable release or take payments. When the game becomes available, access will depend on supported regions, devices and TikTok's platform rules. The romance experience is intended for adults aged 18 or older.

2. Fictional entertainment

Maya and the story are fictional entertainment. The character is an original fictional adult, and the experience includes AI-created images, videos, voices and text. Story interactions do not create a relationship with a real person. The game is not a professional advice, counselling or emergency service.

3. Using the service

You may use the website and, when available, the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable platform rules. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate rewards, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate others or use automated tools to obtain an unfair advantage. You are responsible for keeping your TikTok account secure. We will never ask for your TikTok password.

4. Story progress and virtual items

Hearts, outfits, story choices and memories are in-game features. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and are not transferable unless a feature expressly permits it. Progress and rewards are verified by the game server. Correcting technical errors or fraud may require adjusting affected records.

This website does not sell virtual items. If optional ads or paid features are introduced, their availability, price and conditions will be shown before use or purchase. Platform payment and refund rules and any mandatory consumer rights will apply. No purchase is required to browse this website.

5. Content and intellectual property

The game's branding, code and creative content are owned by or licensed to Quietly Games. Using the service does not transfer ownership of these materials. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission, except where applicable law allows. To report an intellectual-property concern, contact us with the material's location and the basis of your concern.

6. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and how to request access or deletion. For game support, privacy requests, content concerns or an appeal about a report, email norris@goosepod.org. Do not include passwords or sensitive identity documents.

7. Changes, interruptions and access restrictions

We may update or maintain the service, correct errors and restrict access for abuse or security reasons. Development previews can change before launch. We will provide notice where required and respect applicable consumer rights. You can stop using the service at any time and contact us about deleting your records.

8. Responsibility and your rights

We take reasonable care in operating the service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. TikTok operates its own platform under its own terms; this website does not represent TikTok approval of Maya.
